SCOTT GOODMAN
Scott Goodman (b. 1983) is an artist living and working in Brooklyn, NY. After receiving a BFA from Cooper Union in 2006, he founded and ran Good Work Gallery in Bushwick. Shows include Home Center at Jack Barrett, The Surrogate Space at 109 Gallery, and Breakaway at et al projects. He has also worked as part of the art collective DADDY. He is manager of the NY Sign Shop for NBCUniversal. Goodman's work explores the synthetic relationship of nature unto the domestic, and by extension, issues of perception and reality. Poetically, his is a world of unheard trees falling.
